I highly recommend Graeme Franklin's podiatry service. I came to see him with an excruciating ingrown toenail that had prevented me from wearing shoes for nearly two weeks. He quickly put me at my ease, explained exactly what he proposed to do to ease the discomfort, painlessly injected my toe and within 2 minutes had cut into the toenail and removed what had been ingrowing. I had a very stubborn verruca on my toe for over 20 years. I had tried absolutely everything over the years and went to numerous different Podiatrists. They all tried and failed and by this time the verruca had spread to my fingers also, causing me much distress. Finally a Podiatrist highly recommended me to go and see Graeme Franklin and said to me “if anyone can cure this then it’s Graeme with his needling technique”. This was the first time I had ever heard of this procedure.

I went ahead and booked in and after my initial consultation with Graeme, everything was clearly explained to me and I was booked in for 2 surgeries. A few weeks after the first surgery i noticed the Verruca had de-bulked and became more comfortable on the foot. A few months after my second surgery all the verrucas on both my fingers and toes have completely gone. I can’t believe how well this procedure worked with minimal pain.

I only wish I had heard about this surgery and treatment earlier and not wasted my time and money on other treatments over the years. I would highly recommend Graeme to anyone looking to be Verruca-free!

I started noticing some minor dis-colourisation on the left big toe and thought I could fix the issue on my own. Tried some of the of-the-shelf treatments kits but gradually and slowly it got a lot worse. I then tried other things and I just made it a lot worse. It got to the point where I wouldn't even walk around the house bare footed as it looked unpleasant and couldn't bare the site of my toe nail. It again just kept getting worse and I was at a loss as to what I could do.

I then went online where I found out about Graeme and read some really good reviews. Well I booked an appointment straight away and the rest is history.

From the initial appointment all the way through to being discharged Graeme's work was exceptional. His care to detail and passion for the work he does is second to none and the end result proves that. I just wish I had seen him a lot sooner than I had.

LIFE CHANGING TREATMENT - Now Living Pain Free!
I had suffered with very painful verrucas on the ball of my left foot for around 15 years and tried many treatments without success and I was apprehensive and nervous about undergoing more treatment. I was recommended to Graeme who on my first appointment carefully examined my foot and talked me through the needling procedure so I felt very well informed and much less anxious about the whole thing . I really wanted this to work as the pain from the verrucas was affecting my everyday life such as walking long distances, driving and even tap - dancing ! Graeme carried out the Needling procedure in a very professional manner , calmly talking me through it at all times. Graeme continued this high standard of care through my follow up appointments and four months on , I am very pleased to say all the pain has gone. Went to see Graeme few months ago with an ongoing very painful left big toe due to an ingrowing nail.
The toe was highly inflamed, and needed treatment as a matter of urgency. Within a few days I returned to have nail surgery to remove part of the offending nail. The procedure was totally pain free and carried out so professionally, in a relaxing environment. My treatment went right through to follow up appointments until my toe was well on the way to full recovery-and pain free. I have a number of health issues including a low immune . Where do I start? Over Christmas I developed an extremely painful ingrown toe nail, the pain was like nothing I have ever experienced.

My mother who goes regularly to see Graeme for some reason showed him a picture of it and somehow one week later I was in the chair about to have a small procedure.

I was extreme nervous and even at age 51 wanted to hug a bear but settled on my pillow

Graeme was brilliant, really put me at ease, very calm and explained everything to me step by step.

I can honestly say I hardly felt the local anaesthetic, brilliant as needle phobic. Very quickly all done, dressed bandaged and free to go.

I can hand on heart say it was relatively painless.  Once the local anaesthetic wore off the pain was nowhere near anything like the intense pain and throbbing I experienced before having the procedure. Can highly recommend Graeme. For me, normal service resumes.

I've known graeme for a number of years in a professional sense. So when I had heel and foot pain I knew where to go . In one session Graeme had diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and came up with an exercise programme and routine to help with the pain . "Thank you, Dr Franklin! I've started having ingrown toenails since I was a teenager and always had a great deal of pain when getting them sorted by professionals. Dr Franklin is the first one that took that fear away from me. I chose not to have the anaesthetic injection, but even so the pain was minimal to none. He explained very well the treatment options, made sure I understood and it mustn't have been easy as I'm a foreigner and English is not my first language, and he respected my choice. She was in severe agony with another acute infection and double sided ingrown nail and needed help mid lockdown. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Graeme Franklin is an excellent Podiatrist. Following my GP’s referral to the NHS Podiatry Clinic at the Shrublands Poditry Clinic with a debilitating “CORN” where treatment was minimal and totally ineffective. My walking activity became so painful- self amputation did briefly cross my mind.

Finding a good reputable Podiatrist in GORLESTON wasn’t as straightforward as may be assumed. “Oils 4 Life” on the Hefreys Industrial Estate is not the Most obvious location - but is in fact an excellent accessible location once you find it!

I had been to a Nurse Practioner and two Chiropodists with an extremely painful toe. None of the above could help or diagnose the problem….although the last one referred me to Graeme. I was so lucky to get an appointment with Graeme just before my holiday….which involved a lot of walking. He quickly diagnosed ‘Morton’s Nuroma’ and recommended Steroid injections plus Orthotic Inserts. As he is one of a very few Podiatrists licensed to give Steroid injections, he was able to give this straight away. After 2 to 3 days I was completely pain free, and this ‘saved’ our very expensive holiday ! The relief was amazing.
