We are now open for any patient with a painful foot / ankle provided they are free of Covid-19 symptoms.
We will be taking extra precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic with the use of face masks, visors and extra disinfection of work surfaces between patients. However please note even with effective disinfection the risk of contracting Covid-19 will never be zero - therefore every patient needs to consider the benefit of podiatry treatment against the risk of contracting the virus.
Please cancel your appointment if you or anyone in your household has a new illness such as a cough, cold or high temperature (fever) as this may be Covid-19.
Please wait in the car park until it is the exact time for your appointment as we are trying to limit the number of people in reception - you will then be asked to come in.
Where possible please attend the clinic room unattended to reduce risk.
Please note we may use a thermal thermometer upon your arrival. Should your temperature be higher than expected you may be refused treatment and asked to book in for another time.
We actively encourage the use of face masks for patients and practitioners.
You will be asked to use a 70% alcoholic hand wash upon entry and upon leaving.
